Construction of a 37 lot subdivision located on the Antko IR 21 on the outskirts of Merrit, BC. The work includes construction of the following: 37 lot subdivision with paved roads, lot grading, piped water, piped gravity sewers, a cast in place concrete community septic tank, effluent lift station, community in-ground sewage disposal drainfield, water supply wells, combination control and hlorination building for the wlls and bolted steel reservoir.
